Article 1 — Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for design, manufacturing, and delivery of modular structures placed with FuturiumCap Architecture SAS. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
Article 2 — Orders
Orders are only definitively accepted after written confirmation from FuturiumCap and receipt of the required deposit. Indicated deadlines are approximate and do not constitute a firm contractual commitment.
Article 3 — Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted in euros excluding taxes. A 30% deposit is required upon ordering. The balance is payable according to the agreed schedule. Late payment incurs penalties at 3 times the legal interest rate.
Article 4 — Delivery and Installation
Delivery is made to the agreed address. The client undertakes to prepare the site in accordance with specifications provided by FuturiumCap. Transport costs are included in the quote unless otherwise stated.
Article 5 — Warranties
Our modular structures benefit from a ten-year warranty in accordance with applicable legislation. The completion warranty covers a period of one year from acceptance of works.
Article 6 — Liability
FuturiumCap's liability is limited to the order amount. FuturiumCap shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Article 7 — Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
